Kunsthalle Basel, in collaboration with yoga teacher, tour guide, and head of the reception/bookshop of Kunsthalle Basel, Rinny Biberstein, invites you to the second Creative Flow Movement Workshop.
The session will be held in our upper skylight space and framed by Iris Touliatou’s exhibition Gift. Creative Flow Movement connects music, dance, and meditation to promote inner ease and concentration. The simplicity of this practice requires no experience or training in yoga, dance, or meditation and is accessible to everyone, at any level of physical aptitude.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to Gift followed by gentle warm-up exercises that transition into body movements, dance, or possible yoga asanas. The class ends with a guided meditation to relieve stress, increase calmness and clarity, and support overall well-being and awareness of your body.
