A day for the joy of the big and little ones: Explore two great exhibitions at S AM and Kunsthalle Basel in a playful and interactive way.
S AM Schweizerisches Architekturmuseum
11 am until 12:30 pm
At 11 am a guided tour for the parents will take place through the exhibition Tsuyoshi Tane: Archaeology of the Future, at the same time there will be the possibility for children aged between 5 and 11 to participate in a workshop
Kunsthalle Basel
1 pm until 4 pm
Between 1 pm and 4 pm there will be children’s quiz through the exhibition Salutary Failures of Raphael Hefti, additionally drop-in-workshops on the exhibition Salutary Failures will take place for children from 5 years on. Together we will explore his exhibition in a playful way and learn about Hefti‘s use of sand, how gases are used in everyday life, how traces can be left on metal to create an image, and more.
