Have you always wanted to know how an art gallery works? Then we have just the thing for you!
Together with #letsmuseeum, we have developed an interactive card game for groups – Let’s Kunsthalle Basel!
Starting in 2023, everyone aged 16 and older – whether with friends, colleagues, with the company, or as a school class – can rediscover Kunsthalle Basel and its neighboring institutions playfully and creatively. The card game invites you, as a team member of Kunsthalle Basel, to overcome different challenges of the everyday life of a cultural institution together with your fellow combatants.
Can you create new social media content? Help an art collective find a cool exhibition title or help out an injured performance artist at her performance? Find out!
Here’s how it works:
Group size: minimum of 4 people; there is no maximum, but it works best with up to 30 people.
Duration: 45 minutes playing time + 20 minutes evaluation time
Prize: The winning team will receive admission vouchers for a performance of their choice at Stadtkino Basel.
Costs: The offer is free of charge for school classes and groups from other educational institutions. For private groups, we charge a moderation fee of 150 CHF. Find out about any admission fees here.
