Kids discover the exhibition “Salutary Failures” by Raphael Hefti

How do children aged between 10 and 12 years experience the atmospheric works of Swiss artist Raphael Hefti? Which aspects do they consider important: technical details, behind-the-scenes stories, or very individual interpretations? And what would they want to pass on to all visitors of the exhibition?

Raphael Hefti will explore the exhibition together with class 5e from the Gellert Schoolhouse. Practical experiments, thought games, and exchanges with the artist himself will inspire new ways of seeing and understanding art. During the time spent together between October and November, the experiences will be recorded and documented in a variety of ways. The results will be made available to the public after the project is completed.
