Sound performance by Papiro

Marco Papiro is a Swiss-Italian musician, composer, and one of the most dedicated contemporary investigators of the potential of analogue synthesizers. In contrast to many electronic musicians of his generation, Papiro's musical foundation is rooted in classical and folk genres, resulting in a unique blend of romantic elements and artificial impressions. One distinctive feature of Papiro's music is his incorporation of synthesised human voices. Over the past two decades, his work has been featured on labels such as Muscut and Marionette. His second album for the Italian avant-garde label Planam has recently been released. Additionally, Papiro has gained recognition for his cover artworks for artists like Sonic Boom, Panda Bear, and Sun Araw.
